Reservation terms and conditions

– for individual bookings with Ligula Hospitality Group

Conditions for accommodation

When a reservation is made through the Internet, a confirmation is sent by email to the address specified by the customer. When checking-in, the guest shall be able to show the confirmation upon request. It is the guest’s responsibility to check that the reservation information provided is correct. If something is inaccurate or needs to be changed, it is the guest’s responsibility to contact the hotel as soon as possible.  

Age limit: To book a room at any Ligula Hospitality Group hotel, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are younger than 18 years old, it is required that a parent, guardian or the booker stays at the hotel at the same time. If you book a room for someone under the age of 18, you are liable regardless of whether you stay with the miner in the room or not.

Full Flex Rate 

Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 6 PM on day of arrival.

Late check in?

Guarantee your room by providing us with payment information and we will hold your reservation overnight. If you cannot guarantee your booking, please be aware that your reservation may be released at 6 PM on day of arrival.

In case of late cancellations on guaranteed bookings or in case of no show; 100 percent of the rate for the first night will be charged.

Prepaid Rate 

Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 24 hours after the original reservation was made. After 24 hours have passed, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be amended. The credit card used at time of reservation will be charged for the full stay. The room is automatically held for late arrival.  In case of cancellation or no show, no refund is possible.

Check in / check out

Check-in can take place from 3 PM on the day of arrival at ProfilHotels, Motel L and Ronnums Herrgård. Check-in at the Good Morning Hotels can take place from 2PM. The front desk is manned around the clock, seven days a week. Any comments and remarks regarding the room or other facilities shall be addressed with the front desk staff as soon as possible upon check in.

Check out time is before 12pm on the day of departure at ProfilHotels, Motel L and Good Morning Hotels. Check out time at Ronnums Herrgård is before 12pm during weekdays, and 11pm during weekends. If you wish to check out later, please contact the Front Desk. Additional charges may be applied.

Damage / Smoking in the room

Guest or liable for the room, is responsible for any damages to the room, equipment or premises of the hotel, as a result of irresponsible behavior. All rooms at Ligula Hospitality Group are non-smoking and infringement will be charged to the guest by SEK 2100.

Responsibility for property

Provider has no strict liability for property kept in a hotel room or on the hotel premises.

The hotels have the right to deny housing    

At our hotels, guests are sleeping and resting at all hours. Therefore, we expect all staying guests to show consideration around the clock, by not talking too loud, shouting or running in the corridors. For this reason and for the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve us the right to refuse accommodation for you and your party if:  your conduct and / or physical / mental condition interferes with/ creates anxiety among other guests or if full payment for the accommodation cannot be made.

Force Majeure

Strikes, lockouts, fire, explosions, war or warlike conditions, substantial restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances outside our control, entitles the hotel to cancel the contract without any obligation to pay for damages or make a refund of charged amount.   

Other

Although every effort is made to ensure that information on our website is up to date and accurate, the hotel will not assume any responsibility for any losses directly or indirectly as a result of usage of information on our website.       

 

INFORMATION REGARDING SECURITY ROUTINES FOR ALL HOTELS WITHIN LIGULA HOSPITALITY GROUP, IN REFERENCE TO THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS SITUATION

Considering the global spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have summarized how Hospitality Group will act in the interest of our guests and our staff. So that we are able to continue the daily running of our hotels in Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations from the authorities in each of the three countries.

All 40 hotels within Ligula Hospitality group will follow the recommendations and instructions from the local health authorities. The security and well-being of our employees and guests are always our highest priority.

Almost all of our 40 hotels should stay open as normal, in some cases with a limited service, e.g limited opening hours for restaurants. Please, visit the hotel’s website for updated information. We will pay extra attention to the hygiene and make sure that the cleaning routines are kept to the highest standard, where the following changes have been implemented:

  • Cleaning routines have increased, with higher frequency
  • Hand sanitizers, soap and disinfection are a being used frequently
  • All staff working with food always use gloves
  • Breakfast is served as a la carte or in bag
  • We keep our distance and do not shake hands
  • Staff with symptoms stay at home, at all times

We care deeply for our guests and staff and prioritize their and our well-being, to any extent.

Cancellations
In regards to cancellation rules we follow the rules issued by the local trade association (Visita/Horesta/Dehoga). Exceptions are guests originating from countries where a travel ban has been issued by the authorities, these guests are able to cancel their booking without any restrictions and get a full refund.

Our cancellaction policy is very flexible.When booking a hotel, see the current booking conditions to be aware of what applies to your particular booking. 

Ligula Hospitality Group are not liable for any cancellations or changes to bookings made via Travel Agencies or Online Travel Agencies; e.g Booking.com etc. To cancel or change reservations made via an OTA, please contact concerned agency.

Our regular cancellation policy is applied to all meetings and conferences. Find these in your booking confirmation. To cancel or change a meeting or conference, please contact concerned hotel.
