On the day of your arrival, the check-in is from 3 pm.
On the day of your departure, the check-out is until 11 am.

Front Desk

Our reception is open daily around the clock. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if you need any help. Our front desk staff can also assist you with tour planning or ticket purchases.

If you are planning on leaving the Hotel early in the morning, you can make use of our wake-up call service. If needed, you can also store your luggage at the reception.

Parking

Our hotel offers direct parking spaces for a fee of 3 EUR per night.
For your bicycles, we provide our garage free of charge.

Spa

In our high-quality spa area, you can unwind in peace. The heated indoor pool offers you a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Dieksee and our two Finnish saunas will make you sweat. In addition, our spa area offers a whirlpool and a wonderful lounge area.

To improve your spa experience, we offer you a wellness package with a bathrobe, bath slippers, and bath towel, which you are welcome to pick up at the reception.

You can visit our spa area daily between 7 am and 10 pm. Our sauna is open daily from 9 am to 10 pm.

Massages

In our charming location, we offer our guests a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind. One of the ways to do this is through the massages offered in the area. If you are interested in a massage, please feel free to contact our friendly reception staff. We will be happy to help you find a suitable massage and make an appointment to support your relaxation.

Bicycle rental

At the hotel, we want to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay, while also enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. That is why we offer our guests a bike rental service in cooperation with the local bike rental shops. Explore the surrounding area on two wheels and enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking scenery. Breakfast

We serve our breakfast buffet in our Restaurant Louise (located on the ground floor) daily between 7 and 11 am.

Restaurant Louise

The Restaurant is open between 12 and 5 pm and offers a daily changing selection of cakes and pies as well as a small lunch menu.

From 6 pm, Restaurant Louise opens its doors again for regional and international dishes á la carte.

Pets

Dogs are conditionally allowed in the hotel. If you want to bring your animal friend, call us briefly at +49 (0)452 39950. A fee of 20 EUR per pet and per night will be charged.

Tourist tax

In the high season (May to September), the tourist tax is 2.80 EUR, and in the low season (October to December), it is 1.40 EUR.
