Anne-Charlotte Finderup Berg: From Front Office Manager to Hotel Manager
At Ligula Hospitality Group, we are proud to announce that our former Front Office Manager, Anne-Charlotte, has now taken on the role of Hotel Manager at ProfilHotels Mercur. This promotion marks not only an important milestone in Anne-Charlottes career, but also clearly reflects our ambition to develop and retain talent internally.
Anne-Charlotte began her journey at ProfilHotels Mercur in 2023 as Front Office Manager. With a strong focus on guest service, leadership, and collaboration, she quickly became a key part of the hotel’s daily operations and culture. Her natural leadership skills, understanding of the hotel’s core values, and eagerness to acquire new competencies made her a clear candidate for additional responsibilities. Just one year after joining, she took on the role of Interim Hotel Manager for a one-year period, giving her the opportunity to explore and gain even more professional experience.
