Oak Bar has been built between, what once was, two hotels and that nowadays have merged into one – Hotel Opera. Located in the heart of Gothenburg, offering a relaxing escape for both the residents of Gothenburg as well as tourists. Oak Bar is a classic bar, reminiscing of a historic New York but with a modern touch. With everything from the interior to our wide bar selection, we are trying to create a feeling that breathes both tradition and the present.

Our drink menu offers modern to classic cocktails, champagne, a nice selection of wines, as well as a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks. We are also offering an old classic from a time when Hotel Opera was known for its delicious smörrebröd, Danish buttered dark brown bread topped with cold cuts. Top of with a cold beer, for an even more terrific taste sensation.
