Gabriella Lunde joins as new Sales Manager for Ligula Hospitality Group in Denmark

Ligula Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriella Lunde as the new Sales Manager for Denmark. Gabriella will take up her new position on 19 August 2024 and brings with her impressive experience in the travel and aviation industry as well as a passion for sales and management.

We asked Gabriella some questions. Read along here to get to know her better.

Tell us a bit about your education and previous experience

I have 27 years of experience in the travel and aviation industry, including 11 years as Country Manager for Brussels Airlines in Denmark. I was responsible for the startup after Sabena’s bankruptcy and managed it to an annual turnover of 10-13 million euros. Additionally, I have worked as a Sales Manager and Key Account Manager for various airlines in Denmark and Southern Sweden. Later, I followed my dream and started my own business in the fitness industry, which I have been running for over 9 years.

Tell us a bit about your work values

I believe that energy, courage, and passion are fundamental to achieving good results in sales. Along with a positive mindset and an innovative approach, I see these values as key to building a strong team. I also believe that taking ownership of our projects and goals motivates us to do our best and deliver high quality.

What are you most looking forward to in the role of Sales Manager Denmark?

I am looking forward to putting Ligula on the map by creating strong and lasting relationships with our customers and partners. I am excited to build and lead a strong sales team that can meet and exceed our goals. And, of course, I am thrilled to be back in wonderful Denmark!

What results do you hope to achieve in this position?

First and foremost, I hope to put Ligula Hospitality Group on the map as a name associated with our value “The Art of Hotel Living” and its significance. I want Ligula to become the obvious choice for accommodation in Copenhagen.
