Ligula Hospitality Group is an established hotel and restaurant group with headquarters in Gothenburg. We currently operate 47 hotels with over 6,500 rooms, strategically located in Sweden, Denmark and Germany – a geographical spread that provides a strong market presence and enables a diverse hotel business with a focus on quality and guest experience.
Through our six brands – ProfilHotels, Collection, Motel L, Good Morning Hotels, Hosting and Apartments by Ligula – we offer accommodation options for different needs: from city hotels to design hotels, budget accommodation and long-term stays. The group has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion and around 850 employees (full-time equivalents). Ligula is owned by Tastsinn AB and Fastighets AB Balder, and is a member of the industry organizations Visita and Horesta.

The complete guest experience is also created through our own restaurant concepts – from casual pub to stylish bistro. These include Pipes of Scotland, La Gare, La Gare by Sofiehof, Plaza Grill, Oak Bar, Angelini and The Library Bar. The restaurants are integrated into the hotels and open to external guests, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Today, Ligula Hospitality Group has approximately 47 hotel and unit operations in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Our goal is to grow to at least 60 units and we are actively looking for new opportunities both in the Nordic region and in international markets.
