Warning for Fraud Attempts Targeting Our Guests
We want to bring your attention to an ongoing problem across Europe that primarily affects those who have made bookings through third parties (e.g., Booking.com).
Guests with upcoming reservations have been targeted in various ways by fraudsters who contact them via email or WhatsApp, with the sender appearing to be the hotel. In these messages, guests are asked to click on a link to provide credit card details or other sensitive information to secure their booking. We urge you not to click on any links or respond to these messages.
