From Gothenburg’s First Passenger Elevator to a New Spa
ProfilHotels Opera has an exciting history – as early as the late 19th century, two different hotels stood here, one of which had Gothenburg’s very first passenger elevators and bathing facilities for hot and cold baths. In 2008, they became one and the same hotel, and since then, the hotel has continued to develop in step with the city around it. Now the next chapter awaits, and in 2026 we will inaugurate our new spa.
