We believe in responsibility, transparency and sustainability at all levels, from our hotel rooms to the way we conduct our business. That’s why we have set up a whistleblowing channel – a safe way for you to report suspicions of serious irregularities or breaches of our Code of Ethics.
Whistleblowing means reporting suspicions of serious misconduct where there is a public interest in the information coming to light. This can, for example, involve breaches of law, corruption, fraud, serious violations of law or internal rules, or other serious irregularities that could harm people, the environment, or the business.
The whistleblowing function is not intended for ordinary personnel matters or individual work-related issues, such as conflicts, leadership, or other matters concerning one’s own employment. Such issues should primarily be handled by the immediate manager or HR.
We welcome reports from staff, contractors, partners and guests.
You can report anonymously if you wish. All reports received are handled confidentially and with the utmost respect for your privacy. Our channel is there to ensure that suspected illegal or unethical activities are properly investigated.
