Long-term resident in design apartment in Hammarby Sjöstad

Welcome to Apartments by Ligula – modern and fully furnished studio apartments for long-term living in trendy Hammarby Sjöstad, just 17 minutes from Stockholm Central Station.

It offers comfortable accommodation with access to a gym, local services and good transport links – perfect for business travelers, commuters or temporary accommodation in the capital.

Design, comfort and flexibility

Choose from a range of apartment sizes – perfect for those living alone, traveling with family or having weekend visitors. Some apartments have fold-out bunk beds, making room for more people without compromising on space.

All apartments are newly renovated and furnished with carefully selected designer furniture from Svenskt Tenn, Carpe Diem, Kartell and Johan Bolin. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for simple cooking, a fully tiled bathroom with a rain shower, and comfortable seating in front of a 42-inch TV. Guests also have free access to the in-house gym.

In the same building you will find ICA Supermarket, a pharmacy and our own Motel L, where you can treat yourself to a luxurious hotel breakfast if you wish. With 3 minutes to Hammarby Kanal and boat to Södermalm or Djurgården, and only 17 minutes to Stockholm C by public transport, you get a location that combines city convenience with the tranquility of the lake city.

Our Extra Large apartments are slightly larger in square meters. Up to two adults can live comfortably in a separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed with two separate duvets on a shared mattress, the bathrooms are fully tiled with a rainshower shower and in the living room you can relax in a comfortable seating area and a 42-inch LCD TV.
