These terms and conditions apply to individual bookings with Ligula Hospitality Group. For group or corporate bookings, other agreed conditions may apply.
When booking online, a booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking. Upon check-in, the booking confirmation must be presented upon request. It is the guest’s responsibility to check that the booking details on the booking confirmation are correct. If something is incorrect, it is the guest’s responsibility to contact the hotel as soon as possible for correction.
Age limit: To book a room at any Ligula Hospitality Group hotel, you must be at least 18 years old. For residents under the age of 18, a parent, guardian or other responsible person over the age of 18 is required to stay at the hotel at the same time. If you book a room for someone under the age of 18, you will be held responsible for the minor, regardless of whether you are staying in the room yourself or not.
All requests to change or cancel an existing reservation should be made by email to the hotel. Here you can read about the conditions and what applies to your particular booking.
The stay is payable in full upon arrival at the hotel. The reservation can be changed or canceled until 14:00 on the day of arrival (local time) at no extra charge.

Guarantee your reservation by providing payment details and we will hold your room for the entire night. If you are not able to provide a guarantee, your room may be released for sale at 14:00 on the day of arrival (local time).
In case of late cancellation or no-show on guaranteed reservations, 100% of the value of the first night will be charged.
Debit or credit cards will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours after the reservation has been made. Correspondence should be made by e-mail to the hotel.
No changes, rebookings or cancellations can be made 24 hours after the time of booking. No part of the prepaid amount will be refunded in case of cancellation after the above-mentioned deadline. The room is guaranteed for late arrival.
Check-in is from 15.00 at all Profilevents AB, Cochleari AB, Parcere AB, Gravis AB, Loeffler Hospitality AB, Markgraf ApS, Mercur Hotel ApS, Copenhagen Star ApS, Globetrotter Hotel ApS, Ligula Germany Gmbh. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any comments and remarks on the rooms should be communicated to the receptionist as soon as possible after check-in.
Check-out at all ProfilHotels and Motel L is before 12 PM on the day of departure. Check-out at Ronnums Herrgård is before 12 PM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends. Check-out at Good Morning Hotels is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For a later check-out, please contact the reception for any potential additional fee.
The guest or the person responsible for paying for the room is liable for any damage to rooms, equipment or premises belonging to the hotel, resulting from irresponsible behavior.
If a guest breaks the smoking ban, the hotel is entitled to claim compensation for any costs incurred.
Use of nitrous oxide and similar gases
The use of nitrous oxide (N2O) and other types of gases, such as dry shampoo, is becoming more common. These gases are not allowed in our public areas or in our hotel rooms. Nitrous oxide cartridges and similar gas cartridges are classified as hazardous waste, which means that we will charge the guest/payee an extra fee for those guests who leave this type of gas cartridge behind.
If a guest is found with nitrous oxide or other intoxicating gas, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for property stored in hotel rooms or on hotel premises.
We have people sleeping and resting at all hours of the day. It is therefore important, at all times of the day, to be considerate and not to talk loudly, shout or run in the corridors. For this reason, and for the safety of staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation. Reasons for our decision may include behavior and/or physical/mental conditions that disturb or create anxiety among the other guests or that full payment for the accommodation cannot be made.
Strike, lockout, fire, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, entitle the hotel to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages.
