These terms and conditions apply to group and meeting bookings with Ligula Hospitality Group. For individual bookings, separate terms and conditions apply.
What is considered a group booking?
A group booking refers to a booking for more than 9 people, with or without meals, made at the same time by the same booker.
What is considered a meeting booking?
A meeting booking refers to the booking of a meeting room, with or without meals, made at the same time by the same booker.
Booker
The booker is the person or company responsible for the booking and liable for payment.
Booking and confirmation
Bookings may be made verbally or in writing. A booking is only valid once it has been confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Price and booking value
The booking value refers to the agreed price excluding VAT for the entire arrangement. It may be based on the number of rooms booked, the number of participants, and any optional add-ons.
In the event of changes to the booking, the price may be adjusted, for example if the number of room nights changes.
Special requests
If you have special requests, such as dietary requirements, pets, or the need for special arrangements, these must be communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation and changes
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel.

No-show and early departure
In the event of a no-show, the full stay will be charged.
In the event of departure earlier than agreed, the booking will be charged according to the original plan.
Name list
A name list must be sent to the hotel well in advance, no later than 14 days before arrival.
For groups of more than 50 people, the name list must be sent no later than 28 days before arrival.
Payment
The booker is responsible for all costs in accordance with the booking. If participants are to pay individually, this must be approved by the hotel in advance.
Payment will be made as agreed. Invoicing is available to Swedish limited companies subject to a credit check, as well as to central and local government entities.
For arrangements exceeding SEK 50,000, an advance payment of at least 75% may be required, unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is not received on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the arrangement.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, such as strikes, fire, or similar events, the hotel has the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to provide compensation.

The terms and conditions above are general and may, in certain cases, be replaced or supplemented by special agreements depending on the hotel or arrangement.
