SOLNA, OCTOBER 2025 – Ligula Hospitality Group is pleased to introduce Ulrika Westin as the new General Manager for Best Western Plus Park City Solna – a driven and passionate leader with nearly 20 years of experience from companies including Strawberry and Hernö Gin Hotel.
As a native of Norrland with a great interest in culture and a love for golf, Ulrika has chosen to start her “second life” in Stockholm together with her husband. Her passion for the hotel industry is rooted in the dynamics between operations, employees, and guests – as well as the uncertainty that each day can bring.
What has attracted her to Ligula is the company’s expansion and the appreciation and respect for skilled hotel professionals. “I love surrounding myself with dedicated employees and creating experiences that guests long to return to,” Ulrika explains. She looks forward to further developing the hotel with her team and delivering the best service in the competitive Solna market.
Her philosophy is simple but effective: “See, Smile, Hello. It’s all about service – always seeing guests, always smiling, and saying hello. Small things create big memories,” she says about her leadership style, which she summarizes with the words driven, passionate, and caring.
