At our Advent brunch at Hotel Dieksee – Collection by Ligula, enjoy not only culinary delights but also a fine selection of drinks: As well as sparkling wine, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks and water, a variety of tea and coffee specialities are also included in the price.
Our buffet features, amongst other things, roast beef with gremolata, tender beef roulades, monkfish medallions with pumpkin and champagne risotto with prawns. Crispy roast duck and goose with red cabbage, bread dumplings or potato dumplings are also a must. A range of sophisticated desserts, including stollen and Baumkuchen, round off the buffet selection. And, of course, Father Christmas will be visiting us on all four Sundays in Advent.
