The evening starts with tasty herrings, cold smoked salmon, charcuterie and cheeses, served with shortbread, seed crackers and whipped butter. For the main course, you can choose between juicy sirloin steak with Italian potato cake, broccolini and red wine sauce, or salmon fillet with potato puree, fresh fennel and cucumber salad and a smooth Sandefjord sauce. Finally, a Christmas gingerbread tiramisu with espresso ice cream awaits – a perfect finale to the evening.
