FITNESS

With an exclusive collaboration with Power House gym, we can offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy top-notch fitness facilities*. Whether you’re into cardio, strength, functional, or flexibility training, Power House provides access to state-of-the-art equipment from world-renowned brands like Hammer Strength. An additional fee applies for the use of the fitness facilities.

Power House is open daily from 4am to midnight and is located in the same building as the hotel, ensuring easy access for all guests.

PARKING

There is no privat parking facilities at the hotel, but it is possible to park at the Apcoa parking garage (behind the hotel). Tickets can be purchased at the front desk and costs DKK 255,- for 24 hours.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

You are welcome to check in after 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is before 12 o’clock at noon on the day of your departure.

THE RECEPTION

The reception is open around the clock. You are welcome if you have any questions or need help with anything. You can get laundry service (at an additional fee), order a wake-up call, store your luggage in our luggage room and borrow ironing board, extra pillows, baby cots etc.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING

Laundry service can be arranged, please contact the front desk for more information. The laundry service is available Monday to Saturday. Hand in the laundry to the front desk before 8:00am and get it back the same day.

Please contact the front desk if you need an iron and ironing board.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Our generous breakfast is served every morning in our breakfast room. Here you will find everything from fresh bread, fresh fruit and a variety of dairy products. Enjoy it all with a nice cup of coffee, tea or a glass of cold juice.

BAR

It is possible to buy a various selection of beverages at the front desk and enjoy it at our lobby area. 

BIKE RENTAL

Explore Copenhagen like the locals! Rent one of our bikes for 150DKK/day. It’s also possible to add a bike wagon for children for +150DKK/day.

If you prefer to explore by foot, the bike wagon can be transformed to a baby carriage and rented for 200DKK/day

PETS
