ProfilHotels Riddargatan has a truly fascinating history. Guests have been checking in here since 1909, and for many years it was home to the Castle Hotel with its legendary jazz club. The stage featured names like Ella Fitzgerald and Monica Zetterlund, and even The Beatles. Do you also recognize the lobby? That might be because ABBA’s classic 1974 album cover was photographed right here. Talk about iconic.

Since 2002, the hotel has been part of ProfilHotels, and today Riddargatan is known above all for its calm and personal feel in the heart of Stockholm. Here you stay close to Strandvägen, Djurgården’s walking paths, archipelago boats, restaurants, and shopping. A hotel for those who appreciate location, character, and a more personal hotel experience.
